Who we are
This website, tsudx.org, is operated by the TSU Delta Chi Housing Corporation (a Missouri nonprofit corporation) together with the TSU Delta Chi Alumni Association and Alumni Board of Trustees, serving alumni of the Delta Chi chapter at Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri.
This is an independent alumni and housing-corporation website. It is not operated by, and does not officially represent, The Delta Chi Fraternity, Inc. or Truman State University. "Delta Chi" and related names and marks are used only to identify the chapter and its alumni.
Privacy Policy
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, which may include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, pledge class or graduation year, and details about a gift or dues payment. We collect this when you make a gift, pay dues, sign up for updates, or contact us.
Payment information
Online payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-compliant payment processor. When you pay online you enter your card or bank details directly on Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number or bank account number. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To process and acknowledge your gift or dues payment
- To maintain the alumni roster and your lifetime giving record
- To send you chapter news, event invitations, and campaign updates
- To respond to your questions and requests
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers (such as Stripe) that help us operate, and only as needed. We may disclose information if required by law.
Cookies
This site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout pages may use cookies necessary to process payments securely.

Giving, Dues & Refund Policy
Tax status — please read
The TSU Delta Chi Housing Corporation is a nonprofit property-owning entity, not a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Investments and gifts to the Housing Corporation, dues and gifts to the Alumni Association, and contributions to the Joe Crabtree Memorial Scholarship are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. Please consult your tax advisor with any questions.
Lifetime giving & tiers
Gifts to the Housing Corporation, Alumni Association, and Alumni Board of Trustees accumulate toward your lifetime giving total, which determines your Heritage Giving tier and Housing Corporation voting eligibility. Recognition tiers and voting rights are governed by Housing Corporation policy and by-laws.
Naming rights
Room and space naming opportunities (Kimball Legacy Circle and Keystone Circle tiers) are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed through a separate written agreement between the donor and the Housing Corporation, which sets out the recognition term and terms of the gift.
Recurring gifts
If you set up a recurring monthly or annual gift, it continues on that schedule until you cancel. You may change or cancel a recurring gift at any time using the link in your Stripe receipt email or by contacting us.
Refunds
Gifts and dues are generally non-refundable. If you believe a payment was made in error or in a duplicate or incorrect amount, contact jdgridlx@gmail.com within 15 days of the transaction and we will review the request in good faith.
