Delta Chi owns one of the finest chapter houses on campus. Fifteen bedrooms renovated. New roof in place. Now we're making the strategic upgrades that keep us ahead — common areas, exterior, and systems — over 36 months.
Every project is board-approved, scoped, and budgeted. Other houses are upgrading — we won't be left behind.
Six tiers — from a founding contribution to naming a space in the house for 20 years. Your tier is based on your cumulative lifetime giving across all Delta Chi organizations — HC, AA, and ABT all count.
Every dollar you've ever given to TSU Delta Chi — to the Housing Corporation, the Alumni Association, or ABT — accumulates toward your lifetime total. Your tier level and HC membership qualification are based on that combined total, not any single gift or organization.
$1,000 to ABT = 1890 Founders Club + HC voting rights
$500 to AA + $500 to HC = 1890 Founders Club + HC voting rights
Years of AA dues + gifts = Tier advances automatically over time
Not sure where you stand? Contact John Daniel or Jerry Mallory — we track all giving and can tell you your current lifetime total and tier.

Lifetime giving totals include all gifts to HC, AA, and ABT. Investments in the TSU Delta Chi Housing Corporation are not tax-deductible. The HC is a nonprofit property-owning entity, not a 501(c)(3).
98.7% of every dollar goes directly to the property. You're not making a donation — you're investing in a competitive advantage that benefits brothers for decades.
Other houses are upgrading. Modern common areas, a renovated exterior, and updated systems keep Delta Chi at the top — for recruitment and for retention.
Quarterly financial reports, fully transparent reserve accounting. The board knows exactly where every dollar goes — and so will you.
